All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp50.000. Withdrawals are processed within five minutes via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Abuse of promotional terms, including multi-accounting, will result in immediate account suspension.

m11tot reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Any account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in the account will be reviewed in accordance with clause 10 of these Terms.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on m11tot at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to:
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. m11tot will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your credentials without delay.
m11tot operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time at m11tot's discretion.

m11tot aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in account suspension.

Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your m11tot account in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the sending bank. m11tot is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure.
All funds deposited must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits made from accounts held in a third party's name will be reversed and the associated m11tot account may be suspended pending investigation. m11tot reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must have:
m11tot targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during peak periods or flagged for security review may take longer. Players will be notified of any delays via their registered email or live chat.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and vary according to account verification tier. Players who have completed enhanced KYC are eligible for higher daily limits.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in the registered account holder's name. m11tot will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Transparency Commitment: All bonus terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, are disclosed in full at the point of offer. m11tot does not alter bonus terms retroactively.
All bonuses and promotions offered by m11tot are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. These terms take precedence over any general promotional language. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and minimum odds thresholds will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagers placed on games with an RTP above the platform maximum threshold may not count toward wagering requirements.
m11tot operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:
All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free bets or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
m11tot reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a market is suspended, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game outcomes — including software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human input errors — m11tot reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error will not be honored.
Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and major international sporting events. Live bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability. m11tot accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded, even if the Platform's interface has not yet reflected the final result.
Individual game categories — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (Asian football handicap markets), live casino, slots, and crash games — are each governed by their own specific rules displayed within the respective game interface. Players are advised to review these rules before placing any wager.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m11tot Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
m11tot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by any regulatory authority.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the m11tot support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Requests will be processed within three business days.
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting — m11tot reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Any withheld funds will be reviewed by the m11tot compliance team, and the outcome will be communicated to the Player in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which m11tot holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
